FAVONE - Rules and rental costs.

TO PAY IN PLACE:
End of stay cleaning: three rooms flat € 60,00 (kitchen must be cleaned by guests, if not additional cleaning cost € 20)
Deposit: € 450 (by cheque or cash) repayable if the apartment is in order.
Stay tax: € 0.85 per person per day.

OPTIONAL COSTS TO PAY IN PLACE: Optional to request when booking: bed sheets € 15,00 per person, towels € 8,00 per person. Cradle € 15,00 per week; TV € 30 per week

Animals:  accepted with an additional cost of € 50.
